The car in question is a 07 Civic Coupe with 61000 miles on the odometer and is unmodified. The codes that came up were P0135 (fault in the heater circuit of the A/F sensor on the cat converter) and P0498 (low voltage at emission canister vent shut valve). I cleared the codes and replaced the # 11 fuse in the fuse/relay box under the hood.I have two codes P0135 and P0498. I changed both O2 sensors and the canister vent valve. I took my Honda to my mechanic to do testing in the wiring and I also changed fuse 11 under the hood. At this point I am all out of answers on how im going to get my engine light out. Took about 1/2 hour total and cost me $22. Dealership cost for repair was over $300. Drove to work this morning and the check engine light turned off.
