Comsae was a waste of time and questions are trash. It is not predictive at all. Don't worry. You'll pass. Comlex questions were way better than Comsae. Do all the OPP questions from truelearn and review your MSK and micro few days prior to the exam. Don't let your Comsae score bother you!The array of question types and topics differs a lot with each COMSAE. I took forms 106 and 108-110. In general, micro questions were always weird organisms that could only be found on Physeo, First Aid, or just the internet. Pharm questions and immuno questions were often weird too. That stuff isn't worth your time at this point.
