Next time it happens you might be able to free yourself by opening up the console and typing. "disableplayercontrols". exit out of the console, reopen the console. "enableplayercontrols". Fallout 4 is designed to run at 60FPS and running it any faster can cause unexpected results like what you're experiencing. May 21, 2016 · People aren't trying to get stuck, don't be a turd. Here's how to get unstuck though: If you are near an NPC or have a follower: Step 1: dismiss follower (if you have one). Step 2: unequip your weapon. Step 3: use V.A.T.S. to attack your follower / npc near by with your fists. Step 4: abort your attack.
