I would just use RyuJinx, at least for the time being. It runs at a locked 60fps even on modest hardware, and has had its graphical glitches fixed in the latest PR build a few hours ago. No issue with audio, either. A Ryxen 5600 / 3060 setup brings an average of 40fps in Vulkan on Yuzu, and 60 in Vulkan or OpenGL on Ryujinx.
On Ryujinx be it at native or 4K, I get constant stuttering to the point is unplayable. Another more recent example was AI SONMIUM in which Ryujinx has long freezes during transitions, while Yuzu runs smoothly. In handheld you have 720p window with DR between 540p and 720p. In docked you have 1080p window with DR between 720p and 900p. So if you are using docked mode in handheld, you're downscaling window resolution to 720p which means you will get not clean image, but approximation.
