App says disconnected. We hooked everything up and waited about 10-15 minutes and the router went from a pulsing white light to a solid red light. Read online that when that happens just unplug it and plug it back in. Did that about 4 times and still ended up with red lights. So we used a paper clip and reset the router and still got a red light.
