23/24 Stones of Barenziah glitch, help needed. As the titles says, I have hit this glitch, I have been to all the places collected them all but only have 23 of them and Vex will not touch them. I might be wrong but i think a later patch moved the stone to the cave you make your escape through, near a troll (so that the stone would be available outside of the embassy quest). Might be an unofficial patch for PC though but you might want to check. Went to reeking cave and no stone. Tried getting back in the Thalmor embassy, no dice. This is definitely the stone I'm missing, as I've never been to reeking cave before this and it took forever for me to find it. I've scoured the game and rechecked all the other places that had the stone and I've definitely got them.

I had most of them before I gave in and used the guide to find the last 2. This was back before they patched that one gem that was in the Thalmor Embassy to outside in that cave. I had to ramp my horse over the fence to get it, as I'd missed it during the Diplomatic Immunity quest. The last one for me was in Mistveil Keep.
