By setting anisotropic filtering to "Default" it greatly reduce artifacts to the point where it's barelly noticeable. The fix here did get rid of artifacts, but inside the shrines my framerate drops under 20 fps. So possibly i need to go back to before set at 3x the artifacts are negligible and fps much better.

TOTK is already hitting 45-60fps for i7 9 series and GTX 2000 series on Ryu, and 60fps for latest CPUs and GPUs with the 60fps patch, so I'm wondering how it's gonna turn out on Yuzu.Check your ASTC recompression.
