Steam Deck cache works with the Steam Deck only. Shader Cache are GPU and driver versions dependant. I recommend build your own shaders. In particular TotK runs on outdated hardware without some sort of DLSS frame gen technology. What’s seriously going to affect TotK is the frames being below 30 fps and the resolution feeling like a 480p at best. In TOTK ( on Yuzu ) I get 4k60fps most of the time, low 50s in dense areas and crashes ( had it happen once ). Same thing on my Steam Deck, 30fps sometimes, mid 20s in dense areas. The only change I did was using the 30fps mod instead of the 60fps one. I don't quite think the Deck is able to push anything above 30fps really.
