Oct 12, 2023 · About this mod. This mod adds new consumable "Fragile War Owl Whistles" that allow you to call these adorable little stealth operatives into battle. Their offensive power is limited, but they can both utilize and counter stealth skills, and have a few neat tricks up their wings that can turn the tide of battle, if used at the right time.
So I am at the docks of blackpit, I got the letter from the dead guy and I used the whistle but it doesn't work.. wtf Alright posting this up as a question. Where the heck was I supposed to use this whistle at? I have been all over the Blackpits, talked with every dead magister ghost I can find and yet the whistle does nothing.
